Landscaping Project Bushes Mulching Complete

Taxus bushes pruned clean by Affordable Property Care Landscaping in Fort Wayne, IndianaWe finished this project yesterday and now I finally have a chance to get the results online! We pruned the taxus bushes into a shapely new form, added 4 perennials and a dozen annuals. We decided not to use any pre-emergents (such as preen) or fertilizer as the soil seemed rich with nutrients.

These beds had not been weeded all year and were quite overgrown with thistle, suckers and more. All of this should have been done in very early Spring just a few weeks after the last snow of winter.
